The misunderstanding about psychotherapy

When I tell people about my training I often hear: that is not for me. And that is exactly the problem.

Therapy is not for sick people

You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis. You just need the feeling that something is not what it could be. That you react in ways that do not serve you. That something inside is quietly in the way.

What therapy really means

A space that is rarely offered to you. A place that is only about you – without judgment, without advice, without having to perform. It is not about being broken. It is about courage.
